tie fishing line on the drone
fly the drone from the ship to the shore
when the drone arrives the shore, cut the fishing line from the drone
from the ship side, tie two strong ropes to the fishing line
shore side: pull the fishing line till ropes arrives the shore as well
tie one rope to a pole and tie the other side of the rope to the ship
put pulley on the tied rope between the ship and the shore and attach medicens to it
pull the second rope so you can move the medicens from ship to shore
